Sam is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Sydney. The expertise was real, the client results were real, the camera presence was real. What was missing was a content engine. In 12 months we took his YouTube channel from 1K to 18.3K subscribers, multiplied his catalogue 10× to 173 videos, and built a three-platform machine that drove 23,800+ organic views in a single month with zero ad spend.

Who Sam already was, before us

A real trainer in a flooded niche.

Sam Kemper is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Sydney, Australia. He trains clients in person and online, his exercise breakdowns are technical, and his fitness science is sharper than 90% of what's posted to YouTube every day.

When we met Sam, his channel had been running for years. The face was there. The voice was there. The science was there. What was missing was the engine that turns one filming day into a month of compounding distribution across three platforms.

His YouTube was at 1K subscribers across 17 videos. His Instagram and TikTok had handles but no system behind them. His best content was reaching the wrong people, and not enough of them.

The challenge

17 videos, 1K subscribers.

The math was unforgiving. Sam had shipped 17 long form videos and barely cracked four figures on YouTube. The fitness niche is one of the most crowded on the platform. Every piece was technically excellent and algorithmically invisible.

What the numbers actually mean

Three algorithms all said yes in the same 30 days.

A single platform spike is luck. Three platforms spiking inside the same month, all organically, all from one identity, is infrastructure. That's the difference between a content creator and a content engine.

Discovery

YouTube is the funnel top.

84.8% of Sam's YouTube views came from Shorts, and 63.8% of those came directly from the Shorts feed. The algorithm is actively pushing new viewers to the channel every day. 97.1% of watch time is non-subscribers seeing him for the first time.

Conversion

Instagram is the deeper bond.

Profile visits up 89.1%. Link clicks up 100%. New follows up 40%. Instagram is where viewers go to verify Sam after they discover him elsewhere. The DM is the closest thing to a one-on-one conversation before a coaching call.

Acceleration

TikTok is the growth wave.

20 shares with a 1,900% growth rate. Likes up 610%. 93.8% of traffic coming from the For You Page. TikTok is the most recent surface to switch on, and the algorithm is currently rewarding him faster than any other platform in his stack.

Same camera. Same coach. Same studio in Sydney. The only thing that changed is now three algorithms are doing the distribution for me, and I just have to keep showing up to film.
